"Lure" was my final project in grade 12 visual arts. It took me roughly 40 hours to complete. Slow-drying acrylic on canvas, large form factor."Psyche" is a digital painting based of the myth of "Cupid and Psyche", the beautiful princess for whom the god of love himself fell. The image depicts Psyche, Cupid's unseen servants, and Cupid himself spying on his unaware bride.this is an anatomy study I did for grade 12 visual arts, based off the iconic statue of Lucifer by Guillaume Geefs. The muscles are rendered in watercolour and coloured pencil, while the rest of the image is instead rendered in conte chalk to provide contrast.
